A beautiful, private 1,500 square foot creative space in downtown Manhattan available for rental. Availability is seven days a week from 8 AM - 10 PM. Studio has a no black sole shoe policy. Any groups or specialty rehearsals can contact info@kai-nyc.com to inquire about availablitly. There is no outside food or beverage permitted in the space and any equippment being brought in is subject to approval.
